Le Grand Moulin is a beautiful and inspirational place to learn or improve your creative skills.
We offer week long, all inclusive courses where you will stay in comfortable, shared rooms, have plenty of time with your course tutor and enjoy lovely food and wine on the covered terrace overlooking the lake.
We will look after you, body and soul, so that you have the freedom to concentrate fully on your work. You will also be able to take time out to relax and enjoy the pool or tuck yourself away in a secluded area of the garden.
At the end of the day join us for aperitifs, discussions, dinner and a group hug (not compulsory!)
Groups are small – maximum 8 persons, with emphasis on friendly interaction and mutual support.

16 – 19 June 2017 Yoga Retreat with Tanya de Leersnyder
This 3 day retreat will give you the space and time away from the day-to-day chores and responsibilities to explore and delve deeper into Iyengar yoga. It is an opportunity to deepen your understanding and practice. A total of 5 sessions over the 3 days will also allow you time to reflect, relax and enjoy the surroundings between sessions.
Tanya is a Junior Intermediate Iyengar yoga teacher who has practiced Iyengar yoga for 20 years and has been teaching for 6 years in Stroud, Gloucestershire. She has a huge passion for her work and currently teaches 7 classes per week.
Iyengar yoga is suitable for people from all walks of life, all ages and with different levels of ability. It is wonderfully therapeutic for so many issues such as backache, stiff and sore joints, tight hamstrings etc. No matter how much or how little yoga you have ever practiced, by working within your ability you will increase your stamina, strength and flexibility. Yoga leaves you feeling rejuvenated, energized, calmer and more focused.
